We will be having World Champion Leo Leite here at the school on January 25th doing a BJJ seminar. For any new students that have never attended a seminar its a great opportunity to experience the finer details of a champions jiujitsu game. The 25th will also be a big promotion night for many of our students. Please come out to show them support. The seminar will start at 6:30 and will be $40.

First we would like to welcome everyone back! Hope everyone had a great holiday. While you were gone we did some work to the school. "The wall" is finally repaired! We also have extended both changing rooms so lets keep the front neat and clean. Lockers will be arriving shortly!!!

On Jan. 16th Chris Civello will be making his 2nd trip into the cage defending his undefeated record. We have tickets available at the school for $45. The fight is in Dover at the Baker Ballroom. Its located at 41 W. Blackwell Street. This is right in our backyard guys so lets get out there and show some support!

Do you have one of those friends that are obsessed with MMA or BJJ but dont think they have what it takes? Or maybe you know the guy that swears that jiu jitsu stuff doesnt work? Well heres thier chance to find out. We are extending a huge invitation to all our students to bring in a buddy and show them exactly what all the fuss is about. On Friday, Jan 15th, at 5:00pm we will be holding a buddy day. You can have your friend or friends come down and train with you in an open mat setting. You can show them techniques and roll for the whole time. All they need are some work out clothes...shorts jogging pants ect.....and sign a release. No strings attached. We will also have great incentive packages for people that sign up that day. Here is your opportunity to show everyone how great this art that we love so much is. There is no maximum amount of friends someone can bring. the more the better!
